You have to deal with rejections. It has nothing to do that you are not likeable or "good looking". Sometimes it is about the shoe size, or your type or you are not the right fit for the campaign.
Think positive - and keep in mind - not every job is for you but you still have to do a lot of castings and handle rejections till you get the right job for you.
